What You Need to Know.
Videos should be approximately 5 minutes long and submitted at least 5 days before your session.
Coaches require time to review videos to ensure a productive session. If your video isn’t approved in time, your session will need to be rescheduled at no additional cost.
A stable internet connection is essential for the live session.
